<\/td>\n3.2<\/strong><\/td>\nWhen ever possible communications are made in writing, e.g., e-mail, fax, mailing, etc.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n3.3<\/strong><\/td>\nClients are provided access to, and encouraged to use, online information relating to their service assignments.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n3.4<\/strong><\/td>\nClients are entitled to know any and all facts relating to an assignment whether or not those facts are advantageous or detrimental to the interests of the client.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n3.5<\/strong><\/td>\nTelephone calls, e-mails, and all other forms of communication are returned promptly.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
