\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.1<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nProofs are comple<\/span>ted in a timely manner and double checked for accuracy.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.2<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nWhen client instructions do not correspond with statutory law, case law, or rules of the court then the phrase “service made in accordance with client instructions”, or wording similar thereto, is used in the proof of service.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.3<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nSignatures are applied to pr<\/span>oofs in compliance with federal, state, and local law.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.4<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nOnly the signatory shall app<\/span>ly his or her signature to a proof.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.5<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nAny application of a signature to a p<\/span>roof, by a party not the signatory, regardless of the method of application, is considered a forgery.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.11<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nProofs of service contain language <\/span>which accurately and clearly describes the manner in which the service was made.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.12<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nWhenever reasonably possible, proofs o<\/span>f service will contain a description of the person with whom the documents were left. This includes, but is not limited to, approximate age, height, weight, hair color, eye color, and identifying marks.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n6.13<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nProcess servers are ready to testify in court to support any challenge to their proof of service.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
