The Basic Elements and Video Series &#8211; Life Time Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff4500;\">Process Serving 101 and Video Series &#8211; Course Outline<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Service of legal process is not as easy and straight forward as it might seem.\u00a0 There are many pitfalls along the way which will snare the unwary server and, most of all, the uneducated server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This course, Process Serving 101, provides the entry level server with the fundamental knowledge needed to serve legal documents in accordance with state law, court rules, and case law.\u00a0 It also provides hints, tips, and techniques on a wide variety of topics which will improve your understanding of the law, your place in the legal system, and the operation of your business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This course also acts as a great resource for experienced servers.\u00a0 Even long time veterans will admit they learn something new every day.\u00a0 This is one of the wonderful things about the law &#8211;
