| 8.1 | Initial instructions to the remote agent are provided in writing with the assignment. | |

| 8.3 | Unless a working relationship already exists, the remote agent is contacted in writing in advance of sending the assignment to confirm availability and financial terms. | |
| 8.4 | Receipt and acceptance of an assignment by the remote agent is confirmed in writing. | |
| 8.5 | Requests for information or instructions from the remote agent are acknowledged promptly and in writing. | |
| 8.6 | Any change in the assignment or financial terms, as communicated by the remote agent, are negotiated to the point of acceptance or the assignment is recalled. | |
