| 3.0 | Communications | |
| 3.1 | Every reasonable effort is made to keep clients informed as to the status of their service assignment. | |
| 3.2 | When ever possible communications are made in writing, e.g., e-mail, fax, mailing, etc. | |
| 3.3 | Clients are provided access to, and encouraged to use, online information relating to their service assignments. | |
| 3.4 | Clients are entitled to know any and all facts relating to an assignment whether or not those facts are advantageous or detrimental to the interests of the client. | |
| 3.5 | Telephone calls, e-mails, and all other forms of communication are returned promptly. | |
| 3.6 | All communications relating to an assignment are documented and become part of the permanent record. | |
